Global security company Hanwha Techwin hosted the first ‘Wisenet Partner’s Day’ in Kochi, India from December 12 to 13. Hanwha Techwin’ VMS partner, Qognify and an authorized distributor, Compuage participated in sponsorship roles. A total of 42 people from 27 SI and resellers, two sponsor companies, and a guest company attended the event, along with Hanwha Techwin VP in overseas sales and officials from the MP state police in India.

At the event, Hanwha Techwin launched its partnership program, STEP, for the first time in Asia, ME, and Africa. STEP is a partnership program aimed at strengthening presales in the Indian market with plans to extend business opportunities and grow together with partners.
STEP has four different partner levels of Authorized, Silver, Gold, and Diamond, offering various benefits depending on the level. The key benefits include special pricing, technical support, marketing support, and the provision of demo equipment.
During the event, Hanwha Techwin showcased its wide range of products and solutions, grabbing the attention of the participants. Among the exhibited products were newly launched AI camera lineup based on Deep Learning technologies and Integrated Monitoring Solution (SSM) followed by 55x PTZ, multi-directional camera, transportation solution, the Face Recognition System (FRS), and the Retail Insight solution, giving partners opportunities to experience and better understand products.
An official from the MP state police delivered a speech out of his experiences and mentioned that the criteria for selecting CCTVs is crucial and Hanwha Techwin delivers outstanding products, thorough QA, and diverse activities to safeguard cybersecurity.
A partner who was at the event said, “We are encouraged by the meaningful time we had learning Hanwha Techwin’s sales strategies and keen interest in the Indian market. It is my hope that many partners will enjoy diverse benefits through STEP.”
