During night time monitoring, I see a white circle on the camera image or the overall image is blurr

If the image becomes normal after removing the dome cover, there is a possibility that the image was blurred due to dust, scratch or reflected light.

First, check the securing of the dome cover on the dome camera.

The white circle occurs when the dome cover is not secured correctly.

When the lens or dome cover is contaminated or scratched, UV light will be reflected from it and hinder the image quality.
