Beat the Bomb creates immersive escape room experiences for customers, but the company couldn’t escape its own surveillance challenges. To accelerate its market development plans and deliver premier guest services, Beat the Bomb selected Hanwha Vision’s Wisenet WAVE VMS (Video Management System) as its next-generation security platform, adopting a centralized, reliable surveillance platform that could grow with the business.
The company’s expansion plans were slowed by fragmented security systems that made coordinating operations between multiple sites increasingly complex. Poor customer service and unreliable technology from a previous vendor created operational inefficiencies and frustrations for staff members.
Beat the Bomb selected The WAVE platform offered the type of centralized control, real-time monitoring, and scalability the company required. Pavion, serving as the system integrator, designed and implemented the solution, pairing WAVE with DMP burglar alarm panels and preparing the infrastructure for future access control expansion.
The WAVE platform’s ease of use and flexibility impressed Beat the Bomb during initial demos. The first installation site, Philadelphia, integrated cameras and alarms into WAVE, enabling hands-off, remote management through the WAVE mobile app. Following the success in Philadelphia, Pavion deployed Wisenet WAVE in Denver, Houston, and Charlotte, and with plans for more sites to follow. The scalability of the platform allows the same level of security control across all locations with minimal complexity.
With Hanwha Vision’s Wisenet WAVE, Beat the Bomb can now manage cameras, alarms, and other security functions across multiple locations from an intuitive platform accessible on any device. The company’s staff can manage all locations from a “single pane of glass” dashboard, reducing overhead and enabling quick responses to issues, as well as providing more transparency and visibility into the company’s networked systems.
The company’s tech-savvy employees immediately embraced the Hanwha Vision WAVE platform’s intuitive interface, streamlining workflows and improving morale. Customers enjoy a safer, more secure environment knowing their experience is protected by advanced surveillance capabilities.
Pavion’s ongoing service and support ensure smooth operations and fast response when needed, as Beat the Bomb expands toward its goal of upgrading 40-plus sites. The Hanwha Vision WAVE platform’s scalability ensures each new location goes online quickly to manage multiple sites without added complexity and with minimal manual intervention.
By adopting Hanwha Vision WAVE VMS, Beat the Bomb transformed its security operations from a fragmented and inefficient patchwork to a centralized, scalable, and future-ready infrastructure.
For Beath the Bomb, Hanwha Vision’s Wisenet WAVE VM has proven to be more than a surveillance platform. It is the strategic foundation enabling Beat the Bomb’s next stage of growth.
