Q. I am using a SD class PTZ camera. Can I use the PTZ camera with DC voltage?
Hanwha Techwin PTZ cameras are designed to operate with AC24V power.
It is recommended to use the adapter included in the package. Using DC boltage may cause issues on the camera.
