Q. Live output is unavailable on LTE.

Video transmission may be blocked depending on who your carrier network is.

If you have entered the correct device registration information, but the video output is still unavailable, please try one of the following:

     1. Go to [Setup]-[Video Streaming Protocol] and click ‘RTSP over TCP’.

     2. In case of DVR, go to [Channel List]-[Edit Channel], click the device you want, and enter ‘RTSP port’.

        RTSP port is the very last of the Device ports.

        Check the port in Network setup of the DVR set.

    ※ When setting up Secure Video Transmission or HTTPS:

        RTSP over TCP access mode is unavailable.
