launches Stainless PTZ and Vandal Cameras

Global Security Company Hanwha Techwin launches stainless PTZ and vandal cameras (XNP-6320HS, XNV-8080RS).
The new stainless camera is a high strength and corrosion and acid-resistant camera manufactured with SUS316L stainless steel. Furthermore, as a certified dustproof, waterproof, and shockproof camera, it can function in extreme environments such as those with low and high temperatures.
This makes it possible for the camera to be used in humid and windy environments, such as on ships, at harbors/ports, or near waterfronts. Since it is easy to clean and maintain, it is also usable in environments with strict hygiene standards including food processing plants, chemical facilities, or medical facilities.
Equipped with a 32x optical zoom, the XNP-6320HS is a 2-megapixel PTZ camera that enables users to monitor a subject clearly from a great distance. It also supports smooth 360° rotation, high-speed pan/tilt at 700°/sec, and 300 presets. In addition, the new XNV-8080RS delivers a high resolution of up to 5 megapixels.
Apart from these features, users can also enjoy the superior 150 dB backlight compensation feature that uses Hanwha Techwin’s own SoC Wisenet5 chipset, stabilization technology that integrates a gyro sensor, and even the added bonus of cost reduction with H.265 and WiseStream II (i.e., bandwidth reduction technology developed by Hanwha Techwin). Another major advantage is user convenience: as image output via USB is supported, users can easily set the field of view upon installation.
A member at Hanwha Techwin states that the launch of this stainless camera will satisfy the needs of customers, as it can provide a diverse range of solutions suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments that require high durability and corrosion and acid resistance.
