The remote control does not work.

If the remote control does not work with DVR, please check the following:
1. Line up the remote control’s IR towards the front of the equipment and check its operation
2. Press the DVR button of the remote control and if an ID is displayed, press and hold the ID and enter the identical system value.
3. In case the remote control does not work, replace its batteries and check whether the remote control’s IR lamp signal is generated using a smartphone camera.
Use a smartphone camera as it cannot be seen with bare eyes.
