The IR camera works fine during the day but reboots during the night.

The IR feature used at night consumes large amounts of power. It is possible that the current power supply is insufficient.
Please check the list below.
1. Block the camera with your hand and check whether an issue occurs during IR operation.
2. Check whether the adapter line is extended from the existing line during installation.
In general, the phenomenon occurs when the line is extended during installation
which render the system unstable.
If the issue persists, a comprehensive inspection is required.
