The cost of the Virtual Video Professional Certification Program is $750USD. Hanwha Partner Portal will receive a $250 discount.

Video Professional Certification In-person Locations
Certification classes are held throughout the year and across North America, and are open to Partner Portal. Enrollment and payment is handled through the Hanwha Vision Learning Center. Signup for a Learning Center account below to view the calendar, see available seats, and enroll in a session.
Becoming a Certified Video Professional
After successfully completing your final exam, you will have access to print your Hanwha Vision Video Professional Certificate and download the digital badge. The camera you used in class is yours to take home to further your learning or to use as a demo camera.
Receive certification upon passing exam
Seats for our instructor-led training sessions are limited so don’t delay! A payment is the only way to guarantee your seat. Registration will close 48 hours prior to each event. Frequently Asked Questions
If a Partner Portal loses their Video Certified Professional for whatever reason, the employer is able to send a different employee to In-Person or Virtual Video Professional Certification at no cost for up to one year of the date of the certification class. Please contact us at training@hanwha.com to make arrangements.
Video Professional Certification (VPC) Cancelation and Refund Policy
1. Due to limited seats, we request that you cancel at least 5 days prior to the scheduled certification class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may request cancelation by sending an email to training@hanwha.com. Please write “VPC Cancelation” in the subject line. If you cancel your participation in the class, you will be given a full refund, or credit towards a future VPC class.
2. Enrolled students may be changed at any time prior to the start of class as long as they are within the same company.
3. The VPC Training Team will review all cancelation requests and reserves the right to make the final determination on all refunds and credits.
