As part of the redevelopment of Louis Nucéra Library, local authorities sought to modernise its video surveillance system and reconfigure the central security control room. Delivered by Dalkia, an EDF Group company specialising in energy services, the project features Hanwha Vision cameras, selected for their performance and image quality.
The redevelopment of Louis Nucéra Library forms part of a wider urban regeneration project. Alongside the demolition of the National Theatre of Nice, the initiative aims to reshape the surrounding area and integrate the library into the Coulée Verte urban park.
Hanwha Vision's QNP-6320R PTZ dome cameras and PNM-9084RQZ1 360° cameras were selected for the project. Their performance and image quality were key factors in the equipment selection process.

Dalkia completed the project in three months, with no particular difficulties reported. The work involved upgrading the video surveillance equipment and reconfiguring the central security control room.
The project has delivered highly satisfactory results, with the improved image quality receiving particular praise. Further enhancements to the installation are planned, continuing the library's commitment to modernising its security infrastructure.
