Video Professional Certification Training
Certification classes are held throughout the year across Europe and are open to STEP partners. Enrollment and payment are managed through the Hanwha Vision Learning Center. Register for a Learning Center account below to view the calendar, check available seats, and enrol in a session.

Frequently Asked Questions
If a STEP Partner loses their Video Certified Professional for whatever reason, the employer is able to send a different employee to Video Professional Certification at no cost for up to one year from the date of the certification class. Please contact us at eucctv.training@hanwha.com to make arrangements.
Video Professional Certification (VPC) Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 5 days before the scheduled certification class. This allows us the opportunity to fill the class. If you cancel your participation, you will receive full credit towards a future VPC class.
2. Enrolled students may be changed at any time prior to the start of the class, provided they remain within the same company.
3. By registering for a class, you agree to these terms.

It is worth noting that our courses are not PowerPoint presentations; they are practical, hands-on sessions packed with opportunities for you to familiarise yourself with our products, solutions and software.
Our professional in-house training team will give you ample time to ask questions and for you to look into specific requirements (i.e. a particular installation or project) so that you leave with the knowledge you need to get the most out of your Hanwha Vision solution.

Our one-day introduction course is perfect for newcomers to Hanwha Vision’s range of products.
During the day, you will learn about configuring our cameras and recorders before connecting them to our Wisenet Viewer software.
This course will cover:
The Hanwha Vision camera range, including part code structure, features, installation and troubleshooting
The Wisenet Device Manager software, which is used to set up and configure our IP cameras
Hanwha Vision's recording devices, looking at IP and hybrid solutions
Our Wisenet Viewer software package, which is designed to work seamlessly with our recorders
Smartphone (Android/iOS) integration

Hanwha Vision's STEP scheme is a membership program that provides partners using our products with many distinct advantages and benefits.
