Video Professional Certification Training
Certification classes are held throughout the year across Europe and are open to Partner Portal. Enrollment and payment is handled through the Hanwha Vision Learning Center. Signup for a Learning Center account below to view the calendar, see available seats, and enroll in a session.

Frequently Asked Questions
If a Partner Portal loses their Video Certified Professional for whatever reason, the employer is able to send a different employee to In-Person Video Professional Certification at no cost for up to one year of the date of the certification class. Please contact us at eucctv.training@hanwha.com to make arrangements.
Video Professional Certification (VPC) Cancelation and Refund Policy
1. Due to limited seats, we request that you cancel at least 5 days prior to the scheduled certification class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. If you cancel your participation in the class, you will be given a full credit towards a future VPC class.
2. Enrolled students may be changed at any time prior to the start of class as long as they are within the same company.
3. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.

Our professional in-house training team will give you ample time to ask questions and for you to look into specific requirements (i.e. a particular installation or project) so that you leave with the knowledge you need to get the most out of your Hanwha Vision solution.
