Information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The spread of Coronavirus disease 2019 (“COVID-19”) continues to create uncertainty. As the safety and wellbeing of our customers, partners and employees are a top priority for Hanwha Techwin, we have established a Coronavirus Task Force to monitor all aspects of the COVID-19 situation and keep up-to-date with the latest guidelines.

Implemented Measures to Protect our Employees and Customers

At Hanwha Techwin, we are doing our best to help prevent the further spread of the virus, while supporting the needs of our valuable customers, partners, employees and communities.

Hygiene
We have made our employees aware of the need for social distancing and have informed them of the precautions and measures they can take in regards to hygiene.
Since the coronavirus outbreak began, we have reinforced hygiene standards and issued guidelines to our employees as to how to minimize the risks of exposure.

Working from home (Telework)
In order to reduce large gatherings and increase social distancing, office-based employees at our international branches have been asked to work from home. 

From Face-to-Face meetings to Virtual meetings
All meetings are being held virtually while keeping client, partner and non-essential site visits to our facilities to a minimum.

Restricting Business Travel
We have advised our employees to refrain from all business travel outside the country or in risk areas.

For those Employees who have encountered anyone who has traveled in risk areas are advised for self-quarantine in line with local health officials.

While strictly keeping in line with the government’s guidance, the Korean Headquarters and Korean/Vietnamese factories are in operation at normal capacity to minimize disruptions to our supply chain, thus reducing any inconveniences for our customers. We will continue to take the necessary and required steps to minimize the impact on the delivery of our products.
